Side House is a collection of vacation homes in France, and soon in your favourite European destinations, rented in full with the services of a hotel: breakfast served every morning, daily housekeeping and a team on hand 24/7. We choose our houses, renovate them and run them ourselves. So you have nothing to do, and everything to live.

A Side House isn't one listing among thousands: it's our house, run to our hotel standards and thought through down to the last detail. Bedding worthy of the best hotels, a kitchen made for real cooking, sauna, cold plunge, cinema, a Side for Work meeting room, and a local guide signed Side with all our best recommendations, from one house to the next. No lottery on arrival: what you see is what you get.

The entire house, breakfast served every morning, daily housekeeping, hotel-quality bed and bath linen, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, end-of-stay cleaning and 24/7 WhatsApp support. On arrival, the pantry is stocked (pasta, olive oil, coffee, spices) and there are cold beers in the fridge. Private chef, babysitting or massages are available as extras.

For groups of 10 to 15: multi-generation families, groups of friends, teams. Every bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom. Big table, generous spaces, and always a corner to slip away to.

Yes, and they're expected. Baby cots, high chairs, changing table, toys, board games, consoles and kids' bikes are all there. Happy kids, happy parents.

2 nights in low season. One week in high season, including July and August.

Directly on side.house: choose your house and your dates, and it's booked. For a celebration or a special request, write to us at contact@side.house. We reply (very) fast.

Cancellation is free within 48 hours of booking online, and nothing is charged during that time. After that, 20% of the total is charged, then the remaining 80% 30 days before your stay (60 days for totals over €25,000). If you book closer to arrival than that, the full amount is charged once the 48 hours are up. The security deposit depends on the house: €2,000 at Rive, €3,000 at Pistou.
